Kevin’s attitude is one of positivity and optimism and he’s successfully built a team at J. Thomson which is completely customer-focused – the structure and development of the entire business is centred around that approach.
His biggest regret is that he didn’t become the world-class footballer he had the potential to be. Clearly due to the sheer incompetence of the coaching staff in his youth who didn’t quite recognise the undoubted talent he had.
